Return and Refund Policy:
section apply only from such original delivery point of Delivery. If you are obliged to pay shipping costs to destinations other than the original delivery address nor the return costs from destinations. offers you the option to return or exchange items purchased within 7 days of receipt.  All you need to do is to ensure that the product is in its original condition, tags and packaging.

Please make sure that the returned products is/are in an unused state along with all the product tags and labels intact.
Return Policy:
If you want to make a return, please send your goods back through your interested courier company or if we arrange for the pick-up, a return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
When you make a return the customer stands for the shipping [Forward and Reverse] and Transaction Charges will be deducted if payment received through payment gateway.
We will take back the product however you have to bear the courier charges for returning the product to the respective Address: #28, 8th main, 11th cross, Hebbal 1st stage, Mysore 570016.
Once the product reaches our place the product will go to the quality check if the product is in the same original condition you will get the exchange approved or if you have applied for a return your money paid for the product will be refunded within 2-4 working days.
Bulk Quantity orders are not eligible for any return or refund.
Return will be not acceptable If any items directly dispatched from Manufacturers/Importers.
A2 Cricket- No return will be applicable.
Apparels-Not Returnable.
Asics Shoes -Not Returnable.
Cancellation Policy:
We allow order cancellation until the order is not shipped from our end. If you have selected the first option, direct bank transfer (payment made directly to our Sports Wing account) then your full money will be refunded without deducting any amount. If the payment is made through a second option (payment gateway) 2% will be a deduction from the refund value.
After the order has been shipped then we can’t cancel the order so order wisely.

If any buyer denies taking the product from the courier guy after shipment then all the expenses incurred in sending that shipment including two side courier charges will be charged from the refund, No Free Shipping clause will be applicable at that time.

Kindly email us at for any cancellation requests immediately. We will have the sole right to decide whether the order has been shipped or not.

Please note that orders for personalised items (including but not limited to customised racquets), consumables, swimming costumes or products where the manufacturer's packing has been opened cannot be cancelled or replaced. Racket strings do not carry any warranty (even for a day) and cannot be cancelled or replaced.

Orders which are under production will not be able to cancel .

Sports Wing may cancel the order, under rare circumstances, including:

Incorrect pricing or description of the product.  Payment fraud detection by Payment Gateway or our department. Incorrect or Incomplete Buyer’s Address. Sometimes sorry, incorrect stock upload not available correctly with us,  available product not passed our internal Quality Check during the dispatch of the product.

Exchange Policy:

All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

Under Exchange Policy, only size, colour exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size. You can even exchange with the same price or other product however the cost of the product you buy 2nd time should be higher than the exchanging product.  Exchanges are allowed only if your address is the same as your first.
Please note that for logistical reasons no direct exchange is possible. Please send your goods back through your interested courier company or we will arrange for the pickup (but Return shipping charges will be borne by customer) and place a new order with your required colour or size at your orders section of your account at sportswing.

Would still exchange the item, but the return shipment cost would be paid by you. While we are sending the exchange product of the same for the first time there will be no shipping charges only if the shipping charge is less than 100Rs or weight below 5 kilograms.

We take our returns seriously, so please ensure the following:

Items should be packed properly

It’s okay if you try it on because you must try it on to check your size – but just ensure that the item is not damaged.

There can be a 5-10% of colour difference possible in the shown picture and received product due to the calibration of the desktop/mobile screen. So, such orders will not be counted as defective or any other issue.

Gym equipment, electric vehicle, cycle, heavy or costly products subject to any products related to this at our website such products will not be eligible for return/refund/replacement.

Before shipment, we will have 3 level quality check so there will be no complaints. Till now there are no such issues and our tie-up courier partners are trustworthy we ensure safe and fast shipping. Any complaint regard to loss of any products, damage, wrong product received Sports Wing will not be responsible and will not be eligible for return/exchange/ refund.

Even if Customer claims for damage, we need full unboxing video showing full part of the product including damage part for investigation within 24hrs from the delivery time. Sports Wing have full rights to reject the claim if there is no proper authentic video along with clear images.
Colour variation, Minor scratches or paint scratches on the product are not considered as damage. reserves the right to reject any return request if the product package is opened or the product looks used and is not in its original condition.

Note: “Heavy bulk products weighing above 5kg are neither returnable nor exchangeable”. [Refund will not be initiated if any customer rejects any  bulk or heavy-weight items during delivery]

Any product purchased during a Sale time, a few hours or several days of the sale, such products will not be eligible for return/refund/replacement.
