Shipping Charges:
The shipping charges depend on –
- Value of your order.
- Your shipping address.
- Nature of product.
If the value of your order is less than Rs. 500, we would accept a minimum amount towards shipping your product. There would be additional charges in case the shipping locations that merits additional charges.
Most of the products we take shipping charges as we work on a thin margin and some of the products are eligible for free shipping. Subject to the heavy, bulky or costly products like Bicycles, Gym Equipment, Table Tennis Table, Basketball board, Goalposts, Badminton or Tennis Post, Tents etc available at our site we will add on additional shipping charges.
For remote locations we would charge extra shipping charges also there would be an additional charge above base shipping charges for all heavy/bulk products, there would be an additional charge above base shipping charges this will be communicated to you upon order placing.
In case the shipping charge is not reflected at the time of order payment, our team will request for paying the shipping cost will be added and this needs to be paid to the shipping company.
Your order would be delivered through reputed courier companies or by our delivery team members at your doorstep.
If you have selected Cash on Delivery for costly and heavy/bulk products we will take a safety deposit depending on the nature of the product before shipping. If you are returning the product we will hold the shipping charge and refund the remaining amount. Shipping heavy products involve a lot of time and money.
All domestic and international orders take a minimum of 3-7 days for delivery 9 am-6 pm, Monday to Saturday.
Most orders are delivered within 2-6 days from the date of dispatch. However, there may be delay in delivering to remote areas / villages and other towns as delivery is purely vested with courier companies.
We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the goods to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
Our shipping Policy has been updated. We are offering more value to those customers who prepay their orders. The policy is as follows :
If the order is PREPAID, Cash on Delivery charges will be reduced & you may be eligible for free shipping.
Shipping Policy for International Orders (Outside India)
*All international orders would be processed within 2-5 working days and shipped through an international courier company.
*Most orders are delivered within 7-15 days from the date of dispatch to foreign destinations. However, there may be delay in delivering to remote areas / villages and other towns as delivery is purely vested with courier companies.
*Shipping charges for all International orders will be calculated as per the respective country and will be informed to the customer. Applicable shipping charges must paid by the customer. Updated shipping charges on the site will only be applicable for the Domestic orders (India).
* If any Customs Clearance, additional taxes, additional surcharge, import duties or customs charges levied in this process would be paid by you.
*The customer is responsible for customs clearance within the stipulated time failing which the goods would be destroyed by the customs department and no refund would be made.
